Problem

Mortgages feel intimidating, complicated, and expensive, making people avoid engaging with the process altogether. In a category defined by stress, Affinity needed to feel supportive instead of overwhelming.

Insight

People don’t expect mortgages to be enjoyable, but they do expect the right partner to make the process manageable. Confidence comes from guidance, not complexity.

Solution

We positioned Affinity as the partner that helps people cross the finish line with clarity and confidence. A campaign built around the idea that the right mortgage support lifts both your stress and your budget.

How did I contribute

​I assisted the Creative Director with casting and on-set direction, directed the still-photography shoot, and provided feedback during the video review process. After production, I led the development of the OOH and display adaptations under  Creative Director’s supervision.
